Headhunted to oversee McCann and Craft North America Production and Business Affairs teams, including producers, content creators, directors, editors, photographers, audio engineers, and business managers. As an entrepreneurial creative producer focused on the growth of McCann and Craft NA, lead the in-house studios (Craft Live-Action Film Division, NO6 Post-Production, and Revolve Audio-Production) to provide best-in-class creative executions.

Led the Craft acquisition of NO6 Editorial, growing the operation from $8M to $15M in three years by capturing all of McCann North American agencies’ third-party post-production spend.
Founder of Revolve Audio, Craft’s first in house audio-production capability that captured all of McCann North American agencies’ third-party audio spend, generating $1.5M in the first year.
Drove in-house production capabilities and focused on best-in-class talent and solutions , continuing business growth and creative results.
Built an agile, low cost, creative social content making practice, Craft Content Studios, for all social media platforms.

Recruited to oversee all agency production efforts with an integrated team of 35 of producers and creators, hiring and developing talent and managing workflows.

Bridged the gap between creative and production, allowing both departments to work faster, smarter, and unified under one vision.
Identified and delivered upon opportunities for Vayner Media’s clients and projects to meaningfully connect with and benefit from the in-house production studio.
Produced thousands of pieces of content a year, including branded short films, social content, broadcast TV, music videos, print, and experiential.

MCCANN NEW YORK, New York, NY 2014 – 2018

EVP Head of Integrated Production

Built the McCann production department for the Microsoft brand client from zero to 20 producers, including content, art, print, and digital producers, in one year. Oversaw a $50M annual production budget.

Implemented an integrated production workflow, enabling producers to create vast amounts of assets from one campaign or idea.
Utilized multiple capabilities, including broadcast and video production, editorial, animation, motion graphics, quality control, and logistical coordination.
